Thank you for choosing to upgrade to the two-state Premium Membership! If you need more than two states or want access to Hunt Research Tools/draw odds and discounts on gear from our partners, upgrade to the Elite Membership.
We want to make your upgrade experience as quick and seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below and if you encounter frustrations or issues, please contact our customer service team.
When you upgrade from the one-state Premium Membership to the two-state Premium Membership, it is important that you do NOT cancel your one-state Membership, and make sure to upgrade using the same purchase method you used to purchase your one-state Premium Membership. This way you:
- Are not billed for two memberships at once.
- Receive credit for the remaining time on your one-state Premium Membership.
Depending on how you signed up originally, your Membership could be billed through Apple, Google, or onXmaps.com. To find your purchase method, click here to log into the account info page.
If your billing source is Apple or *Google, upgrade from the onX Hunt App. Open the onX Hunt App and tap the Main Menu Button in the upper left corner.
Tap "Go Elite."
If you can't find your billing source, or didn't receive credit for the remaining time in your one-state Premium Membership, please contact our customer service team by email at help@onxmaps.com or by phone at (406)540-1602 and we will personally get you taken care of. We generally respond to all customer contacts within 24 business hours.
*Google will apply the payment you made for your one-state Premium Membership to your two-state Premium Membership upgrade by changing your Membership renewal date based on the remaining time in your one-state Premium Membership. When your Membership renews, you will be charged the full price for the two-state Premium Membership.
