How to start a LiveMap Sharing Session
To start a LiveMap Sharing Session, click the Open LiveMap button on the Tools menu on the right side of the screen.
Click the "Start LiveMap Session" button.
The green bar along the top of the screen lets you know that you are currently in a LiveMap Session. Click the "Copy Link" button to copy the link to your computer's clipboard so you can invite other members.
Paste the link into an email and send it to everyone you'd like to share the map with. When they click the link in the email, it will open the onX Hunt Web Map on their computer and they will see the same area of the map that you do.
If you close the LiveMap Sharing menu while your session is still running, you can open it again by clicking the Open LiveMap Button on the Tools Menu on the right side of the screen.

The moderator of the LiveMap Sharing session will send you a link, most likely via email. On your computer, click the link to open the onX Hunt Web Map and join the LiveMap Sharing session.
Only the moderator can control the map, but you can invite other users. Click the "Copy Link" button and paste the link into an email, then send the email to the users you want to invite. When they click the link in the email, they will join the same LiveMap Sharing session.

Click the "Leave LiveMap Sharing Session" button to exit.
What information is shared in a LiveMap Sharing session?
The member who starts the LiveMap Session is the moderator, meaning they can move the map and zoom in and out, and the other members will see it on their screens. Other Members will not see the Moderator's Markups, Map Layers, or Basemaps.
