Using Map Layers in onX Hunt
Click or tap the Map Layers Button to open the Map Layers Menu.
Click or tap the toggle buttons to turn the map layers for Government Land, Private Land, or areas identified as Possible Access on or off from the App or Web Map.
Swipe up to view all available layer collections, and click or tap one to view which map layers are turned on.
- Click or tap "Details" to view more information about the map layer.
If you have an Elite onX Hunt Membership, scroll down and turn on additional states by selecting the related toggle buttons.
Once turned on, state map layer collections are displayed beneath the Gov Lands, Private Land, and Possible Access layers. Click or tap them to turn the available map layers on or off.
Note: we recommend turning on no more than five states at a time. If you experience poor app performance, try turning any unnecessary map layers off.
Sublayers
A layer icon displayed for a particular map layer shows you that there are additional sublayers available.
For example, sublayers can show you species-specific hunting units for your state.
Click or tap the layer to scroll through its sublayers, and use the corresponding toggle button to select one.
