If you've forgotten your onX password or need to reset it, you can do so from the login screen in your onX App or on the Web Map. All you'll need is the email address associated with your onX account.
How to reset your password
If you’re logged out of your account and can’t remember your password:
- On the login screen, click or tap Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your onX account and click or tap Continue.
- If an account exists for that email address, you’ll receive an email with a six-digit verification code.
- Enter the six-digit code when prompted and click or tap Continue.
- Enter your new password in the provided field and select Continue to save it.
Heads up: Your security code will be valid for 15 minutes. If you don't receive an email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you're entering the email address that's associated with your onX account—if you're not sure which email you used, our support team can help Contact onX support.
