When you purchase or renew your onX Hunt Membership directly through onXmaps.com, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address on your account. If you purchased through Apple or Google, the receipt goes to the email address associated with your App Store or Play Store account, which may be different from your onX Hunt account email.
Find your payment method
If you can't find a receipt in your inbox, log in to your account info page and check the Payment Method field to confirm whether your purchase was made through onXmaps.com, Apple, or Google.

If your Payment Method shows onXmaps.com, a receipt was sent to the onX account email on file at the time of the charge. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
