How to cancel your onX Hunt Membership

If you need to cancel your onX Hunt Membership, you can do so from the App on your phone or from your computer. After canceling, you'll keep access to paid features until your current subscription term ends, at which point your account reverts to a Basic (free) Membership.

How to cancel from your phone

Scan the QR code below or tap here to open your Subscriptions page, then tap Cancel or Manage Subscription.

Alternatively, open the onX Hunt App, open the Main Menu, then tap My Account > Manage Subscriptions.

How to cancel from your computer

Click here to go directly to your account overview, or follow these steps:

1. Go to onxmaps.com and click Log In in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Hunt Log In and enter your email and password if prompted.
3. Click My Account & Settings from the left toolbar, then click My Account.
4. Click Manage next to your onX Hunt Membership.

What happens after you cancel

Canceling doesn't trigger a refund—you'll retain paid access until your subscription term ends. After that, your account reverts to Basic.

You keep:

• All saved Markups (Waypoints, Routes, Tracks, etc.)
• Satellite imagery and location services
• Your account login

You lose access to:

• Map Layers (Public/Private Lands, hunting units, etc.)
• Offline Maps
• Tools (Tracker, Wind/Weather, Trail Cameras, etc.)
• My Content menu
• Topo and Hybrid Basemaps
• 3D Maps
