Your Premium or Elite Membership can be refunded using the same purchase method used to buy it, and this article includes instructions for requesting a refund in all three billing systems. Depending on how you purchased your Membership, your billing may be handled by onXmaps.com, Apple (iPhones and iPads), or Google (Android devices). Part 1 - How to request a refund from onXmaps.com:
Memberships purchased from www.onXmaps.com are eligible for a 100% refund for up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. When you contact support, please include the email address attached to your onX account and the reason for the refund. We generally respond to all customer contacts within 24 business hours.

Part 3 - How to request a refund for an onX Hunt Chip
If you purchased your onX Hunt Chip from a retail sporting goods shop (e.g. Cabelas, Sportsman's Warehouse, Bass Pro Ship) or online retailer (e.g. Amazon.com), return the chip to the same retailer. onX Hunt Chips sold by independent retailers are subject to their return policies.
If you purchased your onX Hunt Chip from www.onXmaps.com or our physical office in Missoula, MT, contact customer support. Please include the product you would like to have refunded and the reason for the refund. Chips purchased from www.onXmaps.com are eligible for a 100% refund for up to 30 days from the date of original purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
