After canceling your Membership, you'll have access to paid features until your subscription term ends, at which point you'll have a Basic (free) Membership.
To cancel your Membership, you'll need to know whether your purchase method is through onX Maps directly, or through Apple or Google.
You can spot your purchase source by checking your billing statement—the charge vendor is identified as either onXmaps.com, Apple, or Google.
Find your Purchase Method
If you need help determining your purchase method, click here to log in to your account info page, or open a web browser and navigate to www.onxmaps.com/account.
If your Payment Method shows "Trial," "Redemption," or "N/A," no further action is required—the Membership will expire automatically without charging you.
Canceling through onX Maps
Click here to cancel your Membership.
Alternatively:
- Open a web browser on your computer.
- Navigate to www.onxmaps.com/hunt/app.
- Click Log In and enter your onX email/password if prompted.
- Click My Account & Settings > My Account > Manage.
- Click Cancel Membership.
If your subscription states that it's expiring on a specific date, the renewal has already been canceled.
Canceling through Google
Scan the QR code below or tap here to open your Play Store subscriptions page.
- Locate your onX Membership in your Active Subscriptions section.
- Tap it and then tap Cancel Subscription.
If your subscription states that it's expiring on a specific date, the renewal has already been canceled.

Canceling through Apple
Scan the QR code or tap here to open your Apple Subscriptions page.
- Locate your onX Membership in your Active Subscriptions section.
- Tap it and then tap Cancel Subscription.
If your Membership says it's expiring on a specific date, the renewal has already been canceled.

What Happens After Canceling?
Canceling your Membership doesn't refund any related charges—you’ll have access to paid features until the end of your Membership term.
After that:
You keep:
- All your saved Markups (Waypoints, Routes, Tracks, etc.)
- Satellite imagery & location services
- Your account login
You lose:
Everything else, including:
- Map Layers (e.g., Public/Private Lands, Units)
- Offline Maps
- Tools (e.g., Tracker, Wind/Weather, Trail Cameras)
- My Content menu
- Topo & Hybrid Basemaps
- 3D Maps
Need to Back Up Saved Data?
If you're not renewing and want to move your data elsewhere, make sure to export before your subscription expires.
Want to Resubscribe?
You can reactivate your subscription anytime and your saved Markups will be waiting for you—just make sure to use the same email address and password you did previously.
Want a Refund?
Canceling your Membership doesn't refund your Membership charges, but you can request a refund for purchases made within the last 30 days.
