Find your Purchase Source
If you need help determining your purchase source, click here to log in to your account info page, or:
- Open a web browser.
- Navigate to www.onxmaps.com/account.
- Enter your onX account email and password if prompted.
- Your Payment Method should be listed as WWW.ONXMAPS.COM, APPLE, or GOOGLE.
If your Payment Method says Redemption, Trial, or N/A, you don't have a payment method on file and your Membership will expire without charging you.
Updating your payment method through onXmaps.com
You can update your debit or credit card from the onX Hunt Web Map memberships menu.
Alternatively:
- Open a web browser on your computer.
- Navigate to https://www.onxmaps.com/hunt/app.
- Click Open Map or Log In and enter your onX email and password if prompted.
- Click My Account & Settings > My Account > Update Payment Information.
