If you open the Main Menu () and see a message saying "X Trial days left", you're signed up for a free trial without any payment commitment.
There's no option to cancel this free offer—you'll have access to paid features for seven days, and once the trial expires, you'll be a Basic (free) user.
There's no need to contact us to cancel this for you, as we're unable to do so. In any cases of unwanted charges or auto-renewals, we'll happily refund 100% of the associated charges within 30 days of the purchase date or we'll provide you with instructions on how to request one.
