Your mobile device must be an iOS or Android device with a GPS receiver for your onX App to work correctly. The App can only be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The App isn't compatible with external GPS units and can't be stored on an external micro-SD card.
What are the minimum system/software requirements?
iPhones / iPads
iOS version 17.0 or higher and at least 4GB of RAM.
Android Devices
Android OS version 9.0 or higher and at least 4GB of RAM.
How many devices can I use?
You can log into two mobile devices (smartphones or tablets) using one onX account; just log into the App on another device using the same email and password.
Desktop or laptop computers don't count towards this limit—you can log into the same account on as many web browsers as you'd like.
Incompatible devices:
- Amazon Kindles.
- Windows Phones and Tablets.
- Google Chromebooks.
- Smartwatches.
- Gabb Phones.
