We're aware of and actively working on fixes for two separate issues that may be affecting the onX Hunt experience for iOS customers.

1. Missing content after reinstalling the app
If you recently reinstalled the onX Hunt app and are using app version 26.29.0+, some of your saved markups may not be showing up. Please be assured that this is just a display issue, and none of your content has been lost.

2. Waypoints created while offline
If you've created a waypoint while offline, it may not save properly once you're back online. To be safe, please wait until you're reconnected and can confirm the waypoint has saved before making any edits to it.

Trimming Tracks

If you accidentally left the Tracker running or started it too early, you can adjust the start and end point of a saved Track using the Trim Track feature in the Hunt App or Web Map. You can only edit the start and end points—trimming can't be reverted, so double-check your changes before saving.

How to trim a Track

  1. Tap the Track on your map to open its info card.
  2. Swipe the bottom row of buttons to the left and select Trim Track.

  3. Move the scrubbers to adjust the start and end points.

  4. Tap Save to finalize your changes.

Alternatively, tap the ellipsis ellipsis icon to the right of a Track in your My Content menu and select Trim Track.
