Your onX account is tied to your email address, so you can use it on more than one device. All you need to log in on a new phone or tablet is the email address and password associated with your onX account.
- Download the onX Hunt App on your new device.
- Open the App and tap Log In. If you originally signed up using Apple or Facebook, tap that option instead.
- Enter the email address and password on your existing onX account and tap Log In.
Don't know your email address or password?
Tap Forgot your password? on the login screen, enter the email address you think is associated with your account, and tap Continue. You'll receive an account recovery email with instructions.
If you don't receive a recovery email, the email address you entered isn't linked to an onX account. Try any other email addresses you may have used. If you're still having trouble, email us at help@onXmaps.com and we'll help you track down your account.
