If your Waypoints, Lines, Tracks, Shapes, or Routes are missing in the onX Hunt App or Web Map, don't worry—your content is almost certainly still there. This article covers the most common reasons Markups go missing and how to get them back.
You're logged in with the wrong email address
The most common cause of missing Markups is being logged in with a different email address than the one your content is saved to. Log out and log back in with the correct email address—your Markups will reappear immediately.
The Markups were deleted
If you or another user with access to your account deleted Markups, we may be able to restore them to your account.
The Markups are hidden
Markups can be hidden from the My Content menu to reduce clutter on your map—open your My Content menu to hide or show them.
If you see Markups or a category marked with a hidden symbol , select the ellipsis to the right of the Markup or category to unhide them.
Your Markups are saved to a different onX App
Markups don't sync between onX apps—content saved in the onX Offroad App won't appear in the onX Hunt App, and vice versa. If your Markups are in a different onX App, you'll need to export them from that App and import them into onX Hunt. Learn how to import and export Markups.
