"An onX account exists for this email."
This message means you're on the Create an Account screen instead of the Login screen. Tap Already have an account? Log In to get to the Login screen.
"The email and/or password entered did not match our records."
Usually this means either your onX account is linked to a different email address than the one you entered, or there's a typo. Double-check that your email address and password are typed correctly—phone keyboards make typos easy. If everything looks right, reset your password.
If you don't receive a password reset email, your onX account is likely linked to a different email address.
