If the onX Hunt App isn't working correctly with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, this article covers the most common issues and how to fix them.
Connection issues
- If you're connecting via Bluetooth, switch to a USB cable instead.
- If you're already using a USB cable, unplug it and plug it back in to reset the connection.
- If it's still not connecting, try a different USB cable.
Layers or Markups not displaying
- Make sure the onX Hunt App is up to date. Learn how to update the onX Hunt App.
- Unplug your phone from the in-dash unit, plug it back in, then turn your vehicle off and restart it.
Offline Maps not displaying
Make sure you've downloaded your Offline Maps before leaving cell service. If your Offline Maps still aren't showing on the in-dash unit, put your phone in airplane mode.
